Culinary Ireland is the result of an ongoing collaboration between the DIT’s School of Culinary Arts & Food Technology and DIT Library Services.
The materials contained here form a part of the Gastronomy Archive which is part of the DIT Institutional Repository, Arrow@DIT. As the objective is to establish a national culinary archive, we invite members of the public to contribute to it. Because it is a digital archive, we will scan any material contributed and return to the original owner.
